Refund & Cancellation Policy
The below Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings.
- Payment is required at time of booking by Visa or MasterCard (at no additional cost) unless otherwise agreed by All Class Training. (Additional fees may apply for deferred payment options).
- Should a participant be unable to attend, a substitute participant is always welcome. Notification of participant substitution should be made at least 1 business day prior to the commencement of the course.
- We require at least 7 days’ notice to transfer a participant to a later course.
- Requests to transfer within 7 days of course commencement will result in forfeiture of the full course cost unless we are able to find a replacement for the original course dates. If a replacement is found, then a one-off transfer is permitted at no additional cost.
- If a course booking is cancelled more than 7 calendar days prior to course commencement a $50.00 cancellation fee applies. Cancellations are required in writing. If the original payment was made by card, the refund will be credited back to that card. If the original payment was made by direct deposit, you should include your bank details (Account Name, BSB & Account Number) in your cancellation email.
- If a course booking is cancelled within 7 calendar days of course commencement or there is non-attendance at the course, the full course cost is forfeited.
- Late arrival to a course is considered non-attendance. Participants are required to be at the training centre by the advised start time.
- All Class Training has the right to cancel a course due to insufficient course participants or other unforeseen circumstances. If a course is cancelled participants have the choice of a full refund or placement in our next available course.
- Statement of Attainments/Certificates may not be issued until after full payment is received.
- A copy of our student handbook can be emailed on request, or the trainer will have a copy available at the course.
- Please note, as of Wed 7th May 2025, all participants for HRWL courses are required to access their Service NSW Account (not the app) on their phone prior to assessment so that they can register for their HRWL assessment. Anyone who cannot access their account, will not be able to complete their assessment and additional fees for assessment at a later date may apply.
