Cancellation and refund policy

Payment is required within 3 business days of receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed by All Class Training.
If a course is booked within 3 days of commencement then payment is required prior to course commencement.
Statement of Attainments/Certificates will not be issued until after full payment is received.
Payment can be made by Electronic Funds Transfer or depositing over the counter at any Newcastle Permanent Building Society Branch or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) over the phone.
Should a student be unable to attend, a substitute student is always welcome. Notification of student substitution should be made at least 1 business day prior to the commencement of the course.
You may transfer courses, to one at a later date (within the next 3 months), if we are notified at least 7 calendar days prior to the commencement of the course.
If a course booking is cancelled more than 7 calendar days prior to the commencement of the course a $50.00 cancellation fee applies.
If a course booking is cancelled within 7 calendar days of the commencement of the course or there is non-attendance at the course, 100% of the course cost will be forfeited.
If a student is unable to supply 100 points of identification at the start of training, as per the requirements outlined by SafeWork NSW, the student cannot be trained and the full course cost will be forfeited.
Where group bookings apply and there is a reduction in numbers , you will be charged for the minimum number required in the original quote. If a group course booking is cancelled more than 7 calendar days prior to the commencement of the course a $100.00 cancellation fee applies. If a group course booking is cancelled within 7 calendar days of the commencement of a course or there is non-attendance at the course, 100% of the minimum group booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Course placement is not guaranteed until payment is made.
All Class Training has the right to cancel a course due to insufficient course participants or other unforeseen circumstances. If a course is cancelled participants have the choice of a full refund or placement in our next available course.
Facebook specials are subject to position availability and are only for individuals who have "liked"  All Class Training's official Facebook page. 
A copy of our student handbook can be emailed on request or the trainer will have a copy available at the course.
