In the course of its business, All Class Training may collect information from students or persons seeking to enrol with All Class Training, either electronically or in hard copy format, including information that personally identifies individual users.
All Class Training may also record various communications between individuals and All Class Training.
In collecting personal information All Class Training will comply with the requirements of the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as amended by the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012.
Collection and use of personal information
All Class Training will only collect personal information from individuals by fair and lawful means which is necessary for the functions of All Class Training.
All Class Training will only collect sensitive information with the consent of the individual and if that information is reasonably necessary for the functions of All Class Training.
The information requested from individuals by All Class Training will only be used to provide details of study opportunities, to enable efficient course administration, to maintain proper academic records and to report to government agencies as required by law.
If an individual chooses not to give All Class Training certain information, then All Class Training may be unable to enrol that person in a course or supply them with appropriate information.
Disclosure of personal information
Personal information about students studying with All Class Training may be shared with the Australian Government and designated authorities, including the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), the Commonwealth Department with responsibility for administering the Higher Education Support Act 2003, SafeWork NSW, and organisations that run courses in conjunction with All Class Training. This may include personal and contact details, course and unit enrolment details and changes.
All Class Training will not disclose an individual’s personal information to another person or organisation unless
- The individual concerned is reasonably likely to have been aware, or made aware that information of that kind is usually passed to that person or organisation
- The individual concerned has given written consent to the disclosure
- All Class Training believes on reasonable grounds that the disclosure is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to the life or health of the individual concerned or of another person
- The disclosure is required or authorised by or under law
- The disclosure is reasonably necessary for the enforcement of the criminal law or of a law imposing a pecuniary penalty, or for the protection of the public revenue.
Where personal information is disclosed for the purposes of enforcement of the criminal law or of a law imposing a pecuniary penalty, or for the purpose of the protection of the public revenue, All Class Training shall include in the record containing that information a note of the disclosure.
Any person or organisation that collects information on behalf of All Class Training or to whom personal information is disclosed as described in this procedure will be required to not use or disclose the information for a purpose other than the purpose for which the information was collected by them or supplied to them.
Security and integrity of personal information
All Class Training is committed to ensuring the confidentiality, security and integrity of the personal information it collects, uses and discloses.
All Class Training will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any personal information collected is relevant to the purpose for which is was collected, is accurate, up to date and complete.
All Class Training will store securely all records containing personal information and take all reasonable security measures to protect personal information it holds from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Where All Class Training has no further use for personal information for any purpose disclosed by All Class Training, or is no longer required to maintain that personal information, all reasonable steps will be taken to destroy or de-identify the information.
Right to access and correct records
Individuals have the right to access or obtain a copy of the personal information that All Class Training holds about them. Requests to access or obtain a copy of personal information must be made in writing. There is no charge for an individual to access personal information that All Class Training holds about them, however All Class Training may charge a fee to make a copy.
Individuals will be advised of how they may access or obtain a copy of their personal information and any applicable fees within 10 days of receiving their written request. Where it is reasonable to do so, access to the information will be provided in the manner requested by the individual.
If an individual considers their personal information to be incorrect, incomplete, out of date or misleading, they can request that the information be amended. Where a record is found to be inaccurate, a correction will be made as soon as practical. Where an individual requests that a record be amended because it is inaccurate, but the record is found to be accurate, the details of the request for amendment will be noted on the record.
There is no charge for making a request to correct personal information.

Complaints about an alleged breach of the Australian Privacy Principles
Where an individual believes that All Class Training has breached a Privacy Principle in relation to that individual, they may lodge a complaint using All Class Trainings grievance handling procedures which enables students and prospective students to lodge grievances of a non-academic nature, including grievances about handling of personal information and access to personal records.

These Privacy and Personal Information Procedures will be made available to students and persons seeking to enrol with All Class Training by publication on All Class Training website: www.allclass.net.au Alternatively, a copy of this policy may be requested by contacting All Class Training using the contact details provided above.
In order to ensure that students have given their informed consent for their personal information to be disclosed to certain third parties as outlined in this procedure, All Class Training will advise students on enrolment about these procedures and where they are located.
The Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy below, applies to all bookings;
Payment is required at time of completing your online booking either by Visa or MasterCard payment. There is no additional cost for card payment.
For existing customers on account, payment can be made by direct deposit or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) over the phone. A purchase order is required within 48 hours of making a booking online
Should a student be unable to attend, a substitute student is always welcome. Notification of student substitution should be made at least 1 business day prior to the commencement of the course.
You may transfer courses, to a later date (within the next 3 months) if we are notified at least 7 calendar days prior to the commencement of the course.
If a course booking is cancelled more than 7 calendar days prior to the commencement of the course a $50.00 cancellation fee applies.
If a course booking is cancelled within 7 calendar days of the commencement of the course or there is non-attendance at the course, 100% of the course cost will be forfeited.
If a student is unable to supply 100 points of identification at the start of training, as per the requirements outlined by SafeWork NSW, the student cannot be trained, and the full course cost will be forfeited.
Where group bookings apply and there is a reduction in numbers, you will be charged for the minimum number required in the original quote. If a group course booking is cancelled more than 7 calendar days prior to the commencement of the course a $100.00 cancellation fee applies. If a group course booking is cancelled within 7 calendar days of the commencement of a course or there is non-attendance at the course, 100% of the minimum group booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
All Class Training has the right to cancel a course due to insufficient course participants or other unforeseen circumstances. If a course is cancelled participants have the choice of a full refund or placement in our next available course.
A copy of our student handbook can be emailed on request or the trainer will have a copy available at the course.

NCVER Privacy Statement
CONSENT TO USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator (Data Provision Requirements) Instrument 2020, All Class Training, is required to collect personal information (information or an opinion about me), collected from me, my parent or guardian, such as my name, Unique Student Identifier, date of birth, contact details, training outcomes and performance, sensitive personal information (including my ethnicity or health information) and other enrolment and training activity-related information (together Personal Information) and disclose that Personal Information to the National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd (NCVER).
My Personal Information (including the personal information contained on my enrolment form and my training activity data) may be used or disclosed by All Class Training, for statistical, regulatory and research purposes. All Class Training, may disclose my personal information for these purposes to third parties, including:
• School – if I am a secondary student undertaking VET, including a school-based apprenticeship or traineeship;
• Employer – if I am enrolled in training paid by my employer;
• Commonwealth and State or Territory government departments and authorised agencies;
• NCVER;
• Organisations (including government departments) conducting student surveys; and
• Researchers.
Personal Information disclosed to NCVER may be used or disclosed for the following purposes:
• issuing a VET Statement of Attainment or VET Qualification, and populating Authenticated VET Transcripts;
• facilitating statistics and research relating to education, including surveys;
• understanding how the VET market operates, for policy, workforce planning and consumer information; and
• administering VET, including program administration, regulation, monitoring and evaluation.
I may receive an NCVER student survey which may be administered by an NCVER employee, agent or third party contractor. I may opt out of the survey at the time of being contacted.
NCVER will collect, hold, use and disclose my Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the VET Data Policy and all NCVER policies and protocols (including those published on NCVER’s website www.ncver.edu.au).
The Department may disclose my Personal Information to other Australian government agencies, including those located in States and Territories outside my residential state.
The above government agencies may use my Personal Information for any purpose relating to the exercise of their government functions, including but not limited to the evaluation and assessment of my training, the determination of my eligibility to receive subsidised training or for any Fee Exemptions or Concessions. My Personal Information may also be disclosed to other third parties if required by law.
I also acknowledge and agree that the Department may contact me by telephone, email or post, during or after I have ceased subsidised training with All Class Training, for the purposes of evaluating and assessing my subsidised training.
I declare that the information I have provided to the best of my knowledge is true and correct.
